The SPM analysis helps you assess the variation of spm across different operations throughout the year. The standard spm is fetched from the operation master and the actual spm may vary depending on the program running each month. The spm against each month is an average spm where the operation has run for 200 cycles with no minimum threshold. You can select a plant, a specific part, and the year of analysis.

The variance slider allows you to check the percentage of variance between the spm against its standard registered or against the spm of the same operation in the previous month. You can simply select the seconds option below to view the raw data of cycletimes in seconds every month.
