The cycletime analysis helps you assess the variation of cycletimes across different operations throughout the year. The standard cycletime is fetched from the operation master and the actual cycletime may vary depending on the program running each month. The cycletime against each month is an average cycletime where the operation has run for 200 cycles with no minimum threshold. You can select a plant, a specific part, and the year of analysis.

The variance slider allows you to check the percentage of variance between the cycletime against its standard registered or against the cycletime of the same operation in the previous month. You can simply select the seconds option below to view the raw data of cycletimes in seconds every month.
